Sandstones are classics in the original. They are made of cemented grains that May be fragments of a pre-existing rock or mono - minerallic crystals. The cements binding these grains are together typically calcite, clay and silica. Small pieces of sand in the sizes are about 0.1 mm to 2 mm (0.004-0.079 inch). Clays and rocks with smaller grain sizes, including siltstones and shales are generally called clay sediments, rocks larger grain sizes, including breccias and conglomerates are called rudaceous sediments.
The formation of sandstone involves two main steps. First, a layer or layers of sand accumulates as a result of sedimentation, or water (as in a river, lake or sea) or air (as in a desert). Generally, the sedimentation be settled by sand from the suspension, ie ceasing to be rolled or bounced along the bottom of a body of water (e.g. seas or rivers) or the soil surface (eg in a desert of sand dunes or region). Finally, once it has accumulated, the sand becomes sandstone when it is compacted by pressure over the deposits and cemented by the precipitation of minerals within the pore spaces between grains of sand. Most often the cementing materials are silica and calcium carbonate, which are often derived either from dissolution or modification of the sand after being buried. Colors are usually beige or yellow (from a mixture of clear quartz with the dark amber feldspar content of the sand). A predominant additional colorant in the southwestern United States is iron oxide, which gives colors ranging from red-pink to dark red (terra cotta), with a manganese violet hue. Red sandstones are not also seen in the southwest and west of England and Wales, as well as central Europe and Mongolia but it can find all over Asia.Now it is export regular to the Europe and other countries. The regularity of the latter favors use as a source for masonry, either as a main construction material or as facing stone, building on others.

My friend share this pics through mobile MMS. He went to tour to Golden city and flashed some pics of golden city. The golden city is famous in the world and many foreign tourist come there.
